Listed With John is a real estate brand operated by John C. Butler III, a real estate professional affiliated with RE/MAX Advantage.

LISTED WITH JOHN SMS PROGRAM

Program Name: Listed With John SMS Program

Listed With John may offer two separate categories of text message communication:

1. Non-marketing messages related to real estate inquiries, requested services, showing scheduling, showing confirmations, appointment changes, service notifications, and property-related updates.

2. Marketing messages that may include Metro Atlanta real estate market updates, seller tips, property updates, and occasional promotional information.

You will receive only the categories of text messages for which you voluntarily provide consent.

SMS CONSENT

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

Submitting a website form or providing a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages. You must affirmatively select the applicable SMS consent checkbox.
