Listed With John is a Georgia limited liability company providing real estate services. Real estate brokerage services are provided through appropriately licensed real estate professionals and their affiliated brokerage(s), as applicable.

SMS TERMS SUMMARY

Listed With John sends customer-care texts about real estate inquiries, requested services, showings, appointments, confirmations, changes, and property-related updates, plus optional marketing texts such as Metro Atlanta market updates, seller tips, property alerts, and occasional offers when separately authorized. SHOWING REQUESTS

A showing request is not a confirmed appointment. Showing availability must be confirmed by John C. Butler III, the listing agent, property owner, brokerage, or another authorized party.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information. We may contact you through the communication methods you select to coordinate your request.

LISTED WITH JOHN SMS PROGRAM

Program Name: Listed With John SMS Program

Listed With John may offer two separate categories of text message communication:

1. Non-marketing messages related to real estate inquiries, requested services, showing scheduling, showing confirmations, appointment changes, service notifications, and property-related updates.

2. Marketing messages that may include Metro Atlanta real estate market updates, seller tips, property updates, and occasional promotional information.

You will receive only the categories of text messages for which you voluntarily provide consent.

SMS CONSENT

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

Submitting a website form or providing a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages. You must affirmatively select the applicable SMS consent checkbox.

Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected separately. Consent checkboxes are not preselected.
